Showcasing Botanica’s tranquil urban living development

Liv group are a property management company specialising in Rentals, Build-to-Rent and Block management across Europe. Strive Group were asked to create an environment that would allow potential tenants to experience their new Botanica Development in Manchester before it was built. This was to be used in conjunction with marketing team to help them to pre-let the apartments.

Immersive Virtual Environment for Botanica Development

We created a fully interactive virtual environment that allowed Liv Group and their potential clients to freely walk around and experience the space. This included all of the communal areas such as the reception, gym, resident’s lounge, dining area and workspaces plus the external gardens and roof terrace. A key component to the successful delivery of this project was maintaining continuous communication with the client on design changes due to the fluid timeline and nature of the project.

Client Satisfaction and Marketing Integration

Strive developed an appealing virtual space which showcases the Botanica development and its amenity benefits with the client being extremely happy with the final product. The ICE environment created a simple user experience navigation with customised control panels allowing the user to jump from area to area as well as take snapshots of the space as they moved around. Video walkthroughs and various short format videos were developed for Liv Group via ICE to include as part of their marketing campaigns and features on the Botanica website.
